Our Salem History scrapbooks are due Tuesday, May 29. We would like to celebrate all that hard work by having a Scrapbook Open House on Friday, June 1. Parents are invited to come see all the different scrapbooks from 2-3 p.m. We hope to see you there!

We will be celebrating all June, July and August birthdays on Friday, June 1, from 3-3:30. If your child has a birthday during one of those months and you would like to bring in treats, please let me know as soon as possible so I can coordinate who is bringing what items. Thanks!

Your child’s current missing assignment report is going home today. Please look it over, sign it and have your child return it on Tuesday for five bonus bucks. Thanks!

Our field trip is on Monday (May 21). Please make sure that your child brings a sack lunch, unless they have ordered one from school. The lunch needs to be completely disposable so that your child doesn’t have to carry it around for the rest of the day. Currently, the forecast is saying that it will be rainy. Please watch the weather and dress your child appropriately for the day. We will be spending about half of our day outside!

The masks will be taken off the wall and sent home next Friday, May 18. If you would like your child to keep the mask at school and take it home on a day when you are able to pick them up, just let your child know and we will store them in our room until then. Since the masks are fragile, I just wanted to let you know, in case you didn’t want them sent home on the bus!
